Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms apply to this website and to analytics reporting services supplied by Auditpacketgrid. A proposal or statement of work will define the agreed deliverables, timetable, fees and client contacts. If it conflicts with these general terms, the signed statement of work takes priority.

2. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful access to data supplied to us, accurate context, timely stakeholder input and decisions on recommendations. You must not provide personal data that is unnecessary for the agreed analysis.

3. Analysis and decisions

Reports reflect the data, definitions and limitations available at the time. Findings are professional analysis, not a guarantee of commercial outcomes. Your organisation remains responsible for operational, financial and product decisions.

4. Fees and payment

Fees and invoicing milestones are stated in the proposal. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 14 days. Overdue work may be paused after reasonable notice.

5. Confidentiality and intellectual property

Each party will protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement. You retain rights in your data. Upon full payment, you may use final reports internally. Our pre-existing methods, templates and general know-how remain ours.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to fees paid for the affected engagement, except where a limitation is prohibited by law.

7. Ending an engagement

Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within a reasonable written period. Fees remain due for work completed and committed third-party costs. Refund and rescheduling rules are described in our refund policy.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The parties will first try in good faith to resolve disputes through direct discussion.
